1。 LCK 否认所有公司的指控

2。 LCK 说 FRA 【Financial Reporting & Accounting Department】部门是由公司第五证人 - COW 5 掌控

3。COW 5 有一名担任 Account's Executive 的助手 - Angie Ng

4。当他在2007年加入公司时，因为职位的关系，需要担任转账的 Approver

5。因此，他获得 Safeword Token，Username 以及 password

6。公司是用 Citibank 的 Electronic Funds Transfer System 做转账，转账的程序是：

- 先由 FRA 代表公司作出【Maker】；

- 过后由 LCK 【还有第一位被解雇的员工 - LL】批准。

7。LCK 说他是5个负责做 Approval 的其中一个，主要的工作是：确保所有的转账，都获得授权【properly authorized】

8。关于 Token 及 Password 要如何安全的保管，公司没有一套SOP

9。因此 LCK 把 Token 收在他上锁房间内的上锁抽屉【也就是说 - 房间及抽屉都有锁】

10。至于 Username 以及 password，他没有透露给任何人

11。Angie Ng 经常会拿些 Payment 及 Supporting Document，叫 LCK 做批准

12。 在2013年10月至11月这段时间，他没有批准过任何转账请求。

13。 LCK 披露，公司第四证人 – COW 4 也已确认说 Angie Ng 已经承认是她潜入我的房间盗取我的 Token 作出所有非法转账

14。 因此，公司不应该怪罪于他，以失职罪名将他解雇

15。公司需要提供证据，以证明 LCK 确实失职 【The burden of proof lies with the Company to prove all the above particulars of negligence】！
