那就是，LLP 需要一名 Compliance Officer。

1. Compliance Officer 的资格是：

～ 18岁或以上；

～ 马来西亚公民或永久居民[PR]

2. 谁可以担任 Compliance Officer?

~ 2016年公司法令下的公司秘书;或

~ 其中一名合伙人
