LLP/有限责任合伙公司 2: 注册 LLP，自己来

昨天的文章，分别看了 LLP 及 Sdn Bhd 的好处坏处。

很多人觉得 LLP 比 Sdn Bhd 好，是因为看上去比较便宜。

单单注册费用，就便宜了很多。

因为市面上，注册一间 Sdn Bhd，合理【正常】的费用是大概 RM3,000 左右【我本身没有做 Co Sec，这个数目是我根据 KL市场做统计出来的】

但是，有的人，连注册 LLP 的费用也想省下来。

如果你找我，此时，我就会跟你说 - 你自己去做咯。

这里有两个步骤：

～ 第一个步骤：先为自己开设一个 Account；

～ 第二个步骤：完成第一个步骤后，才可以正式处理 LLP 注册

💥💥 第一个步骤，大致如下：

1. 首先，你需要到 MyLLP system 开个 account 【https://myllp.com.my/】；

2. 然后，你会收到 SSM 的 第一个 verify your email address 的 email

3. 当你 Verify 后，会再收到 SSM 的第二个email， 14天内，你需要到最临近的 SSM 处理两样东西：

～ Verification；及

～ Activation

📕需带携带的文件：

～ MyCard / MyPR / Original passport
～ A copy of the email
～ Original Company Secretary License or Registered Professional Body Membership Certificate (if any)

4. 过后，你会再收到 SSM 的 email，告诉你，你的 Activation 已经启动了，此时，你会有：

～ Login ID；及

～ Password

～～～～～～

接下来，你才可以去注册你的 LLP。

💥💥 第二个步骤，大致如下：

5. Login MyLLP system，开始输入资料

6. 完成资料输入后，按 “Submit”

7. SSM 只是会通过 Email，告诉你，你已经成功注册了

8. 你不会拿到任何 Certificate，除非你另外再出钱买
