4. 账，就像平常那样去做就好了。

5. 有限公司 【Sdn Bhd】 会有 shareholder，LLP 就没有啦，LLP 有的是 Partner，中文叫 - 合伙人

～ 我们的 LLP 跟中国有点不一样

～ 中国的 LLP 的合伙人分为：LP （Limited Partner)及 GP （General Partner），分别在于一个的债务是受到出资所限，另外一个没有

～ 我们的要分的话，应该是 WP (Working Partner) 及 SP (Sleeping Partner) 差别在于一个做工，一个没做工

6. Sdn Bhd 会有 Director Account，LLP 一般上是没有的啦，LLP 有的也是 Partner。

～ 当然你是可以出钱请个人回来，给他的名字叫作 - Director, 但是他的职能跟有限公司/Sdn Bhd 的 Directir 是不一样的

7. 因此，做生意的本钱：

～ 在有限公司 【Sdn Bhd】叫 Share Capital；

～ 在 LLP 就叫 Partners' Contribution

8. 因此，公司分钱：

～ 在有限公司 【Sdn Bhd】叫 Dividend；

～ 在 LLP 就叫 Drawing

9. 至于，借钱给公司：

～ 在有限公司 【Sdn Bhd】叫 Due To/Loan From Directors/Shareholders；

～ 在 LLP 就叫 Loan From Partner
