1. LLP 与 Sdn Bhd 在税务上的处理蛮相似

2. LLP 征税的税率为24％

3. 但是，LLP 如果符合 Small Medium Enterprises (SME) 资格的，即：

～ 资本投入不超过250万令吉 【capital contribution of up to RM2.5 million】；及

～ 年收入不超过5千万令吉【annual sales of not more than RM50 million】

可以享有优惠的税率【preferential tax rate 】

4. 所谓的优惠税率【preferential tax rate 】，即：

～ 首 500千令吉的课税收入【First RM 500K Chargeable Income】，只征税17%

～ 接下来的课税收入，才征税24%

5. 2020年的财政预算案，政府建议：

～ 符合 Small Medium Enterprises (SME) 资格的 Sdn Bhd 及 LLP

～ 从2020年起，

～ 首600千令吉的课税收入，只征税17%

6. 因此，如果 LLP 的课税收入超过 600 千令吉，将可以省下额外 RM7,000 的税务【RM 100,000 * [24%-17%]】
