关于产假产薪:5 ~ 女雇员享有60天的产假不代表一定就可以获得产假津贴【产薪】



女雇员只有满足以下所有条件,才可以享有产薪:

1. 在分娩前的9个月内,为公司服务至少90天

2. 在最近的4个月内,至少工作1天

3. 没有五个或以上依然健在的孩子 [第37(1)(c)条]

今天,我只说三个条件。

其实,还有另外一个更重要的条件如果没有符合到的话,会让女性职员即使满足上述三个条件,也会丧失产薪的权利。

The female employee who is entitled to 60 days maternity leave ..... may not be entitled to maternity allowance.

A female employee is entitled to receive maternity allowance only if she fulfilled all the requirements as follows:

1. must have served the company with at least 90 days during 9 months before confinement

2. work at least 1 day in the last 4 months

3. does not have five or more surviving children [Sec 37(1)(c)]
