5. 由于 LLP 不需要委任公司秘书【Company Secretary】，因此没有秘书费。

6. 但是，别忘了，上一篇文章，我写到，LLP 需要委任一名遵循官【Compliance Officer】。

7. 除非自己担任遵循官【Compliance Officer】，就可以省下一点钱。

8. 否则如果是委任其他人担任，Compliance Officer Fee 这笔钱是免不了要付的。

9. 不过我跟你说哦，即使你要付钱，市场上也没有多少人愿意或想做你的遵循官【Compliance Officer】
