Difference between Last day of work and the day on which the Employment Contract so terminates?

1. 假设你辞职的 Notice Period 是一个月

2. 你在12月1日提呈辞职信

3. 一个月，表示你为公司服务到12月31日

4. 又假设你还有2天的 Annual Leave，你拿来抵消离职通知期限 【use balance of annual leave to offset notice period】

5. 那么，12月30日及31日，你是没有去上班的。

6. 如果公司是五天制的，你的最后一个工作日是12月27日

7. 12月27日就是最后一个工作日【Last day of work】

8. 12月31日结束后，隔天2020年1月1日，你的雇佣合约【Employment Contract】正式终止。

9. 2020年1月1日就叫作雇佣合约终止日 【the day on which the Employment Contract so terminates】
