1. 中小型企业 【SMEs】

～在1965年或2016年公司法令下注册的公司;

～ 至少 60%股权为马来西亚公民持有；

～ 从事出口马来西亚商品或服务；

～ 需要符合规定的年度营业额或全职员工人数【参考图】

2. 专业服务供应商 （独资或合资经营）【Professional Service Providers】

～ 在1956年商业法令，或在法定专业机构/团体下注册

～ 至少 60%股权为马来西亚公民持有

～ 从事出口马来西亚提供的服务，

～ 并符合年度营业额或全职员工人数的条件【参考图】

3. 贸易与工商协会、商会及其他专业机构 【Trade & Industry Associations, Chambers Of Commerce or Professional Bodies】

～ 在 ROS ，或在其他相关专业机构注册

4. 合作社 【Co-Operatives】

～ 在1993年合作社法令下注册

～ 至少 60%股权为马来西亚公民持有

～ 合作社的主要业务是出口，

～ 出口由马来西亚制作的产品，或由马来西亚提供的服务

～With at least 60% equity owned by Malaysians.

～Manufactures products that are made in Malaysia or provide services for export that originated from Malaysia, and

～ Meet the defining criteria on annual sales or number of full time employees [Refer to Diagram]

2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (SOLE PROPRIETOR OR PARTNERSHIP)

～ Incorporated under the Registration of Business Act (1956) or registered under the respective statutory bodies for professional services providers.

～ With at least 60% equity owned by Malaysians.

～ Exporting Malaysian services and fulfill one of the following

～ Meet the defining criteria on annual sales or number of full time employees [Refer to Diagram]

3. TRADE & INDUSTRY ASSOCIATIONS, CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE OR PROFESSIONAL BODIES

～ Registered with the Registrar of Society (ROS) or Associated Professional Authority.

4. CO-OPERATIVES

～Incorporated under Co-operative Societies Act 1993.

～ At least 60% equity owned by Malaysian.

～ The main business activity of the co-operative is for exporting

～ Exporting products Made in Malaysia or Malaysian services
