特讯 51：2021年1月1日起，请注意转移定价（Transfer Pricing）

1. 转移定价（Transfer pricing），又名转让订价、移转价格，是指利用相关企业（related parties）进行，以减低税金的商业行为

2. 简单来说，就是一种用来避税的工具。

3. 为了防止税收的流失，不少国家及地方政府都已经通过立法：

～禁止或限制移转定价的交易，

～同时也将任何蓄意的安排、规划，视为逃税行为

4. 2021年1月1日起，当内陆税收局【LHDN】要求 Contemporaneous Transfer pricing 文件时：

～ 30天内如无法提交，

～每课税年度将被处以2万至10万令吉的罚款，和/或监禁不超过六个月。
