1. 常言道 - 人有不测之风云。万一得了严重疾病，需要长期治疗，负担还挺重的

2. 这个税务减免，主要是让纳税人在为本身、配偶或孩子支付严重疾病的医疗费用之余，还享有扣税福利

3. 如果想要申索这个减免：

～ 必须要持有由马来西亚医学委员会注册的医生开出的收据；和

～ 还有证明书，以证明他【医生】已经为该患上严重疾病的纳税人，其配偶或孩子提供了治疗。

4. 收据背面必须标明要 Claim 减免的人的姓名和他的所得税号码，并保留作为日后税务审计之用。

5. 内陆税收局【IRB】有可能会审查诊断的报告，以验证所遭受的严重疾病。

6. “严重疾病”指的是什么呢？
