2020 个人所得税减免类型 - 13 : 购买个人电脑、智能手机及平板电脑 [Types of Personal Reliefs for the Year 2020 - 13 : Purchase of a Personal Computer, Smartphone or Tablet ]

1. 2017课税年开始，1967年所得税法令第 46(1)(p) 条文诞生，被称为“优质生活”减免，当中总共有四项，分别分为四个领域：

i. 阅读刊物；
ii. 电脑、智能手机；
iii. 运动器材、健身房会员费；及
iv. 宽频。

2. 这四项加起来，享有 RM 2,500 的减免

3. 不过，基于疫情的影响，许多人需要居家工作，又或者孩子们需要在家上网课，2021年财政预算案增加了第 46(1)(t) ：

～ 在2020年6月1日至12月这段时间购买智能电话、手提电脑、平板电脑，

～ 将额外再享有 RM 2,500 的减免

3. 此条文 【第 46(1)(t)】是不受第 46(1)(p) 条文所影响

4. 也就是说，如果你在2020年6月1日至12月这段时间：

～ 用 RM 3,000 买手提电脑；

～ 你将享有  RM 3,000 的税务减免

5. 同时也说明，即使你买书已经用完 RM 2,500 的 quota，如果你在2020年6月1日至12月31日这段时间用 RM 3,000 买手提电脑：

～ 你将享有在第 46(1)(p) 条文的 RM 2,500 税务减免；及

～ 在第 46(1)(t) 条文的 RM 2,500 税务减免;

～ 总共 RM 5,000
