Proposed Companies (Amendment) Bill 2020 : 4 - Introduction of New Register [2020年公司法令（修订）草案 : 4 - 推出新登记册]

1. 居然公司需要收集 BO 的资料，那么这些资料收集后，是不是要找个地方处理呢？

2. 2020年公司法令（修订）草案的其中一项建议：

～ 增添第 56C 条文

3. 主要是阐明：

～ 公司需要记载及保留与实质受益人有关的所有信息；

～ 强制性是·要求，将确保信息是最新、准确和及时的。

4. 因此，公司需要准备多一个实质受益人登记册【Register of BO】

5. 新增加的这个条文，也阐明根据2016年公司法令第51条文的规定：

～ 如果任何信息有更改，公司必须在更改日起的14天内；

～ 把有关更改的资料提呈公司委员会【SSM】。

6. 有鉴于此，收集 BO 的信息并提呈给公司委员会就更加名正言顺了
