2020 个人所得税减免类型 - 16 : 国内旅游税务减免 [Types of Personal Reliefs for the Year 2020 - 16 : Relief for Domestic Travel]

1. 为了刺激经济，为了协助从事旅游业者，这是2021财政预算所推出的新减免

2. 1967年所得税法令第 46(1)(s) 条文：

～ 2020年3月1日至2021年12月31日这段时间；

～ 国内旅行的住宿费及旅游景点门票将可以扣税，最高 RM 1,000

～ accommodation at the premises registered with the Commissioner of Tourism under the Tourism Industry Act 1992 [Act 482]; and entrance fee to a tourist attraction.

4. 注意，只有住宿费及旅游景点门票才享有扣税，大吃大喝就没有啦
