2020 个人所得税减免类型 - 5 : 学习课程的费用 [Types of Personal Reliefs for the Year 2020 - 5 : Course Fees for Study ]

1. 常言道 - 终生学习。

2. 这个税务减免，只给纳税人本身而已。为孩子、配偶或父母【如果爸爸妈妈还去读书的话】支付的学费或教育费，是不能扣个人所得税的

3. 当然，也不是说去报读什么都可以扣税的。

4. 首要条件，有关的学府【在国内的任何高等教育机构或专业团体】必需是 -

a. 受马来西亚高等教育局"承认"；或

b. 财政部的批准

5. 要怎样才知道受不受政府承认呢？大家可以在相关网站查询：

~ 因此,重点就是 “国内” + “受承认”

6. 然后就看读什么:

a. 硕士或博士 - 任何课程都可以;

b. 其他高等教育课程，则限制于 - 法律、会计、回教金融、技术、工艺、工业、科学或资讯技能或资格

~ Law and accountancy, Islamic finance, technical, vocational, industrial, scientific or technical skills or qualifications

7. 在2021年和2022课税年，减免的范围除了上述（6），扩大到：

～ 参加获得人力资源部技能发展部【JPK】认可的

～ 任何提高新技能和自我增值课程的费用；

～ 此额外范围的税务减免，每个课税年限制于RM1,000

8. 上述（7），要注意的是，这不是额外多给 RM1,000，这RM1,000是在原本的RM7,000里面。

9. 接下来，或许你要问，“技能发展部【JPK】”是什么来的？

10. 　人力资源部（Ministry of Human Resources）下属的技能发展中心（Department of Skills Development）:

~ 主要是制订全国统一的国家职业技能标准（National Occupational Skills Standard, NOSS）；

～ 这个 NOSS 是由工业领域的专家根据国家技能发展法案2006第652条（National Skills Development Act 2006，Act 652）所制订的，作为在马来西亚各个职业领域工作的熟练工人应当具备的能力规范。
