2020 个人所得税减免类型 - 15 : 丈夫减免 [Types of Personal Reliefs for the Year 2020 - 15 : Husband Relief]

1. 相对于1967年第 47 条文，第 45A 条文就比较精简，对于一位女性纳税人来说：

～ 假设丈夫没有收入来源【 no source of income】；或

～ 丈夫的没有任何总收入【no total income】可以与妻子的总收入相加；又或者

～ 丈夫选择在她的名下联合报税【joint assessment】；

～ 她【太太】可以申索 RM 4,000 的配偶减免

2. 在这里，针对他们是否必须是住在一起的 【Living together】，法令没有说

3. 当然，如果丈夫选择分开报税，这项减免就失效

4. 2017课税年开始，除非丈夫是残疾人士：

～ 假设丈夫有来自海外的收入；

～ 而这项收入超过 RM 4,000；

～ 为妻者将失去申索的权利

5. 还有一个要点，对于穆斯林来说，即使有着四位太太，只有一名太太能够申索这项丈夫减免

6. 如果丈夫是残疾人士，将额外再享有 RM 3,500 的减免【2021课税年开始，提高至 RM5,000】
