～ The Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) has issued the Guideline for the Reporting Framework for Beneficial Ownership of Legal Persons

~在【2016年公司法令下注册的】公司

~ 有限责任合伙企业【LLP under Limited liability partnerships Act 2012】;以及

~企业实体【比如：Sole Proprietorship, Partnership  under ROBA 1956 等】

~ 都需要获取及更新实质受益人 【Beneficial Ownership, BO】的资料

4. 因此，这份指南的目的是为：

～ 在【2016年公司法令下注册的】公司以及有限责任合伙企业【LLP under Limited liability partnerships Act 2012】提供帮助：

～ 以协助他们理解和遵守报告框架内程序的要求

5. 这些要求包括：
