怎样关 LLP？

3. 三种方式：

～ 自愿清盘 Voluntary Winding Up

～ 由注册委员会进行解散 Striking off

～ 法院清算 Court Order Winding Up

4. 无论选择哪一种方式，别忘了：

～ 你的 Income Tax 还有 Form PT 及 Form E，也是要关掉的

～ 因此，你需要交 CP 7(PT) 去给 IRB，以便能够跟 IRB拿到 Tax Clearance Letter

5. 要拿到 Tax Clearance Letter:

～ Form PT 及 Form E 必须交到 Up To Date

～ 不能有欠 Income Tax 钱

～ 所有员工的 PCB 都交了

～ 没有其他的刑事和/或民事案件 【No Criminal and / or Civil cases】
