林北的故事[会计背后的逻辑]：4 - 净利 【Net Profit】
林北没有读过书，当然更没有读过什么会计、工商管理；也没有上过什么课程。
每天收档时，林北都拿一天的收入减去早上买菜的成本，就会知道今天的毛利是多少。
林北没有什么开销，就只有档口租金要付。
林北拿毛利【Gross Profit】再减去档口的租金，就是一天的净赚。
