就业保险 EIS ： 2 ～ 因为新冠肺炎失业了， EIS 怎样赔？

～ 员工自愿辞职、退休、合约届满等等，不能 Claim 失业保险 【Voluntary Resignation, Retirement, Expiry of Contract etc not eligible to claim EIS】

2. 今天要讲的是在《就业保险计划》的其中一个福利：

～ 求职津贴 Job Search Allowance (JSA)

3. 这项福利：

～ 为失去工作的打工一族，提供经济津贴

～ 成功的申请者，将获得至少3个月，最多6个月的津贴

～ 这6个月的津贴，是以薪水的80%开始，然后逐月减少【请参考附图】

～ 在收到第一笔津贴后，为了能够再获得接下来的津贴【下一个月的津贴】，申请者需要证明他们有在积极寻找工作

～ 日后还可不可以再 Claim，取决于 Contributions Qualifying Conditions (CQC)【在2017年就业保险计划法令第四附表 Fourth Schedule】
