5. IRB 这个 email，其实是一个指南：

～ 关于 Tax Clearance Letter

6. 因为如果要把公司关掉【从 SSM 除名】，需要跟 IRB 拿一封 Tax Clearance Letter：

～无论是公司【Sdn Bhd】；还是

～ LLP ，或

～ entiti Labuan (Syarikat Labuan & PLT Labuan)

7. 这个指南主，就针对不同类型的商业实体【公司、 LLP、entiti Labuan】讲述：

～ 公司解散的类型 【Dissolution Category】

～ 申请表格【Application Forms】

～ 证实文件 【Supporting Document】

8. 这是非常重要的文件，它包括：

～ Form C/PT

~ Form E

9. 要成功拿到 Tax Clearance Letter，条件：

～ Form C/PT 以及 Form E 报到最新的一年 【up to date】

～ 不能有欠 Income Tax 钱

～ 所有员工的 PCB 都交了

～ 没有其他的刑事和/或民事案件 【No Criminal and / or Civil cases】

11. Sdn Bhd 如果不活跃了，一般上在符合一些基本条件后，可以向 SSM 申请 Strike Off

12. 在向 IRB 申请 Tax Clearance Letter 时，用的表格是：

～ CP7 [2019]

13. CP7 [2019] 所要填写的资料：

～ 公司名字【Company Name】；

～ 公司注册号码 【Company No】；

～ 公司 Income Tax No 【C 及 E No】；

14. 填好上述（13）的后，就开始进行资料申明【affirm that the following information】：

🚩a. 你的身份是董事还是清盘师？

I am a company director / liquidator * of the above company; (* Delete whichever is not relevant)

🚩b. 这间公司什么时候开始没有做生意了【填上日期】，或直接选 - 从开始注册到现在都没有做过生意

This company did not carry on business since its incorporation / is no longer in operation since* _________ (dd/mm/yyyy); (* Delete whichever is not relevant)

🚩c. 如果公司之前有做生意，什么时候开始没有课税收入？

This company which had previously been in operation did not receive chargeable income which is taxable under the Income
Tax Act 1967 since _________ (dd/mm/yyyy);

🚩d. 公司的 Form C 及 Form E 有交到 Up To Date

This company has submitted Form C until current year of assessment and Form E for all years of remuneration whereby the company is still operating;

🚩e. 公司没有欠 Income Tax 或 PCB

This company has paid all respective outstanding tax and remitted all Monthly Tax Deductions (MTD) due (if any);

🚩f. 如果有任何钱是 Income Tax 指使从员工薪水扣留的，都已经缴清给 IRB；及

This company has submitted application of Tax Clearance Letter for the related employees as stated under subsection 83(3) of the Income Tax Act 1967 and has remitted all withhold monies from that employees to Director General of Inland Revenue as directed; and

🚩g. 公司的记录收在 - 写上地址

The records of this company are available for inspection at the following address

15. 在完成上述 (13) 及 (14) 后，进入宣誓部分，在这里需要填上：

～ 名字、身份证号码、电话号码、 地址、email，及日期

～ 然后签名就可以了
