~ 每一天的产薪【Maternity Allowance】是以 ORP 【ordinary rate of pay】计算
~ 周薪的 ORP 计算如下:

4. 如果是日薪、时薪、计件工资:
~ 每一天的产薪【Maternity Allowance】是以 ORP 【ordinary rate of pay】计算
~ 但是,在计算这个 ORP 时,有一点不一样
5. 我们看 Act:
~ dividing the total wages earned by the employee during the preceding wage period
~ (excluding any payment made under an approved incentive payment scheme or for work done on any rest day, any gazetted public holiday granted by the employer under the contract of service or any day substituted for the gazetted public holiday)
~ by the actual number of days the employee had worked during that wage period
~ (excluding any rest day, any gazetted public holiday or any paid holiday substituted for the gazetted public holiday).
6. 是有点长,为了方便大家明白,我省略掉 rest day, public holiday 等,作解释:
~ 拿上一个工资期【Wage Period】的工资【 total wages】
~ 除
~ 上一个工资期【Wage Period】的总共工作日【actual number of days had worked】
7. 计算的过程,我省略掉 rest day, public holiday 等,但是如果你有,你需要注意一下
