关于产假产薪：11 ～ 产假在什么时候可以开始？

2. 那么，这产假，究竟什么时候开始？

3. 一般的人，都是在生产后开始。这是最迟要拿产假的日期。

6. 在1955年劳工法令第37(1)(b) 条文下，有着两种情形【S37. (1)(b)】：

～ 职业女性自动要提早开始

～ 雇主要求提早开始

7. 倘若雇主所委任的医生能够证明女性职员因怀孕而无法胜任工作

～ 雇主可以要求该职业女性在生产的14天前开始产假

【 the employee may be required by the employer to commence maternity leave 14 days preceding the confinement, when a medical officer appointed by the employer certifies that as a result of her advanced state of pregnancy, the employee is unable to perform her duties satisfactorily】
