Auditor:Under S 69B(1)],任何关于薪金的追讨,比如,迟到,老板扣薪水,可以在这个条文下,追讨回来,因为那不是 Lawful Deduction

Baby Crab:Claim – Indemnity Due,怎样讲?

Auditor:老板工人在没有给 Notice 下 Terminate Employment Contract;又或者有给 Notice,但是给不够。这类型的情况下,可以追讨赔偿。
