2021 财政预算案 点评 - 11: 聘请乐龄人士、前囚犯、假释犯和前吸毒犯

 

【Hiring of Senior Citizens, Ex-Convicts, Parolees, Supervised Persons and Ex-Drug Dependants】


1. 2019年所得税（雇佣乐龄人士、前囚犯、假释犯和前吸毒犯扣税）条规阐明，任何雇佣乐龄人士、前囚犯、假释犯和前吸毒犯的雇主，将获得双重扣税。


2. 要 double tax deduction, 必须满足以下条件：


~ 雇员必须是全职雇员；


～ 每月薪酬不超过RM4,000;


～ 雇主和雇员不是同一个人 【the employer and the employee are not the same person】;及


～ 雇主不是雇员的亲戚 【the employer is not a relative of the employee】


3. 2021年预算案建议：


～ 将税务优惠 [双重扣税] 延长至2025年
