Finance Bill 2020 - Amendment of Schedule 3 of ITA 1967 

👉 Definition of Plant

1. 现有的所得税法令，并没有针对“Plant"作出诠释

2. 因此，大家都依据判例法 【based on case law】去诠释究竟什么是 "plant"

3. 2020 财政法案建议1967年所得税法令第三附表，加入第 70A 段【请参考图解黄色部位】

～ “厂房”是指一个人用于经营其业务的设备，但不包括：建筑物、无形资产或任何其他充当经

营场所功能的资产

【“Plant” means an apparatus used by a person for carrying on his business, but does not include building, intangible asset or any other asset used and functions as place within which a business is carried on】

4. 随着第三附表的修改，Parking 场将不再落在 Plant 的范围内了 

5. 配合2016年公司法令，第 75B(1)(a) 段也作出修订：

～ 去掉面值【Nominal】这个字

3. 2021课税年开始生效
