Bhd., which is engaged in biotechnology research and development, manufacturing and marketing of veterinary and animal health products; Sunzen Lifesciences Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in research and development and commercialization of in-feed anti bacterial products and supplements for animal health production; Sunzen Feedtech Sdn. Bhd. and PT. Sunzen Indonesia.
PW Consolidated Bhd. is a Malaysia-based company engaged in investment holding and the provision of management services. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates in six segments: poultry farming, which include breeding of broilers, ducks, day-old chicks and other livestock; animal feeds, which include manufacturing and sale of broiler feeds; agriculture products, which include trading of agriculture products; processed poultry, which include trading and processing of chickens and ducks; others, which include trading of tires, motor accessories and spare parts and servicing and repairs of motor vehicles, and investment holding. Its direct subsidiaries are PW Nutrifarm Corporation Sdn. Bhd., PW Nutrifeed Sdn. Bhd. and Everay Agritech Sdn. Bhd. In addition, the Company also has 13 indirect subsidiaries.
PeterLabs Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The Company is involved in manufacturing, distribution and trading of animal health and nutrition products, which include animal feed additives, environment maintenance products, veterinary pharmaceuticals and biologicals. It operates within the animal health and nutrition market of the livestock industry. As of December 31, 2010, the Company distributed a range of products under four segments of animal health and nutrition market, namely, animal feed additives, veterinary pharmaceuticals, environment maintenance products and biological. The products manufactured by Osmosis Nutrition Sdn Bhd are distributed by the Company's trading arm, namely PeterLabs. PLON Synergy Group Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is an investment holding company, whose subsidiaries are principally involved in manufacturing, trading and distribution of animal health and nutrition products.
SCC has been involved in the animal health product business for about 38 years via its unit, ANITOX MALAYSIA sb. It is a well-known supplier of non-antibiotic animal health products to many local livestock farms and feed millers, particularly those in the poultry and swine livestock industry.
