MBRS - 8 ～ 在成立公司前，也要厘清，你公司究竟需要采用哪一种会计准则做账
刚开始，我一般都是建议大家，MPERS 先，因为你【做账那个】会没有那么头痛。
注意，报账是 Director 的责任，把账做好是会计师的责任，而Auditor 的责任是查账，至于 Co Sec 呢？他/她的责任是帮你做 lodgement 。
