请问关税局总监最近给的blanket approval是什么意思？是不是说不用申请批准就可以开simplified tax invoice?

Delete同行的人，看了都混淆。
询问了律师的看法，律师说：
blanket approval，panel decision 没有清楚说明，究竟是：
1. 自动批准（就是指不必申请）；
抑或
2. 需要申请（但是不用等批准）
不过根据 DG pursuant to section 33(3)(a) of GSTA 【gives】字面上的诠释，是不需要申请。
不过，只是用在客户是终端消费者上 『makes a supply to end consumer (not businesses)』
我以照您的step申请SBI,可是当要submit时，No.of Suppliers 那里一直出现错误。

Delete曾经也碰过这个问题，可能性：
没有上载到合约；
或
你上载的合约数量与供应商的数量不match.

Delete合约内容，其实每间公司几乎一样，只不过关税局要每家公司都签署一份合约。
