SVDP – 14 ～ Income Tax 问：钱从哪里？

今天看看这个案例【真人真事】。

这家公司收到 Income Tax 的信，Income Tax 信中的含义大概如下：

1. 亲爱的董事们，我发现贵公司有3名董事哦；

2. 每个董事的薪水，我已经列了出来；

3. 我发现你们不但没有报 BIK，同时这也是董事们 ---- 唯一的收入来源【应该有 Refer to 每个 Director 的 Personal Income Tax file】；

4. 除此之外，我们【Income Tax】还有一个惊人的发现 - Due To Director 的数目非比寻常，而且逐年增加。

The directors’ source of income were wholly from this company.

Their income was insufficient especially Mr A, where he can get source of financial support to pump in the company according from his income declared to LHDN.
