Auditor 在了解状况后【参考之前 post 的 ～ “我是打工皇帝系列 - 1，2 及 3”】问：Mrs Mao，那你到底要什么？【奇怪，干嘛不是问被炒鱿鱼的当事人？】

毛妈妈：这份工离家近，小冬在那边做工，中午我还可以拿饭过去给她吃，非常方便。因此，我要毛小冬复职！

此条文是 ～～ 对解雇之申述 [Representations on Dismissals]

任何雇员，在受到雇主不公平解雇时，无论他是职工会会员与否，都可以在此条文下请求复职。

他必须在解雇后六十天内作该申述。

工业关系局在收到请求后，会第一时间就该申述采取必要行动以便将解决纠纷。

如果还是不能解决，就会将此纠纷报告给总监，而总监也会试图解决此项申述。

如果纠纷还是得不到解决，就须向【劳工】部长报告。

如果部长认为适宜，就会将此纠纷转介工业法庭裁决。

毛小冬需要到临近的劳工部作出申诉，她需要：

1. 填写3份解雇之申述书 【Borang Representasi，Lampiran P1】；
2. 准备3张 IC 。

Representations on dismissals

20. (1) Where a workman, irrespective of whether he is a member of a trade union of workmen or otherwise, considers that he has been dismissed without just cause or excuse by his employer, he may make representations in writing to the Director General to be reinstated in his former employment; the representations may be filed at the office of the Director General nearest to the place of employment from which the workman was dismissed.
