MBRS 上路后，财务报告（Financial Statements and Reports ，简称为“财报”）与报告及年度汇报（Annual Returns ，简称为“年报”）日后逐渐将电子化提呈（也就是说不能再 over the counter 交了）。

电子化提呈不是更方便吗？需要注意什么？

你得注意的是，这个电子化【online】提呈是 Self Assessment 的。

也就是说，自己来（以前 over the counter 交，然后 SSM 会 key 进 system）。Annual Return Co Sec 会帮你做。

至于 财报 financial Statements 呢？

也是 online filing。

谁做哦？你自己咯。

如果不会呢？那只好由别人代劳。

谁可以代劳呢？

要嘛 Co Sec，要嘛 Auditor。

不过。。。。他们肯定会 Charge 你一笔钱。

当然目前对于财务报告（Financial Statements and Reports ，简称为“财报”）还没有强制性，如果不想出钱，自己要快快学上来哦。

学来干嘛？学来自己填啊。

接下来，我会一面学一面分享。

因此，据说 如果叫 Co Sec 或 Auditor 做，收费 RM500 起跳。
