3. I'm not sure if you agree with him, but those reasons may be comparable to those you cited when you decided to leave your work last time.

4. In the article, the author points out that tendering a resignation letter is not the beginning stage of dissatisfaction with the company but the intensification stage.

👉 This means that employees have been dissatisfied with the company for a long time before tendering resignation letters. They are first bored, then unhappy, then dissatisfied, then complaining, and finally, the complaint aggravated and becomes unbearable.

👉 And because of this, conducting talks with the expectation of retaining employees at this stage is almost unsuccessful.

5. The resignation of an employee, especially one who has been in the job for more than five years, is a lose-lose situation in most cases.

6. The authors state that the resignation of long-serving employees is mainly due to the following:-

👉 First reason is career boredom, so employers need to motivate them by giving them new responsibilities and more innovative types of work.

👉 Another reason is that personal development is not in line with the pace of development of the Company.

7. When the speed of personal development and Company development are not aligned, whoever develops slowly will become the object of elimination.

👉 The lack of learning and stagnation of employees will inevitably make the Company gradually alienate and neglect them

👉 If the Company's development is too slow, there is no room for advancement for employees. Career-oriented employees can't see new hope, so they will inevitably find another job.

👉 也正因为如此,做离职前面谈,期望留住员工几乎不能成功。

👉  其中一个原因是职业厌倦导致,因此雇主需要给予他们新的职责,多一些创新类工作,来激发他们的积极性。

👉 另外一个原因是个人发展与企业发展速度不统一导致。

7. 当个人发展与企业发展速度不统一时,谁发展的慢就将会成了被淘汰的对象:

👉 员工疏于学习、停滞不前,必然让企业逐渐疏远和冷落;

👉 企业发展太慢,员工的上升空间打不开,对于事业心重的员工看不到新的希望,必然会另谋高就了。
