On April 28, 2021, Bursa Malaysia Berhad published an updated Corporate Governance Guide ("CG Guide"), intending to maintain that public listed companies ("PLCs") are provided with comprehensive and practical guidance on all of the recommended practices under the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
