现在 BIK/VOLA 强制性需要报PCB，那么每个月的PCB该如何计算呢？（这个课本倒没有教）
衔接回之前 James Bond 的例子。
James Bong 离开旧雇主后，加入一家薪水更高福利好的公司。
假设，新雇主在2019年6月提供一辆3年车龄的旧车给他，同时也让 James Bong claim 汽油钱。
在这种情况下，PCB 应该要怎样计算呢？
