3. The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has published Operational Guidelines No. 3/2021, titled "Permohonan Surat Penyelesaian Cukai Bagi Syarikat, Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad Dan Entiti Labuan" on its website in Bahasa Malaysia.

4. The Guidelines, which were issued on June 30, 2021, supersede GPHDN 2/2019, which was published on November 12, 2019.

5. The revised Guidelines describe the procedures for applying for tax clearance letters and give direction on the documents that must be submitted with the application for companies, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and Labuan entities, similar to the previous Guidelines.

4. 该指南于2021年6月30日发布，取代了2019年11月12日所发布的 第 2/2019 号 [GPHDN 2/2019] 操作指南。

5. 修订后的指南：

👉 描述了申请清税信 [TCL, tax clearance letters] 的程序，

👉 并对公司、有限责任合伙企业（LLP）和纳闽实体在作出申请时所需要提交的文件给予指引，这与之前的指南相似。
