1967年会计师法令 - 第25(e)条文

魏家祥在国会的其中一个提问：

1. 自从落实1967年会计师法令后，至今总共有多少人被检控过触犯了第25(e)条文？

那么，第25(e)条文究竟在讲什么呢？


它主要是讲 - 不会会计师，但是模仿为【或当自己是】会计师

1967年会计师法令的另外一个条文，即：18(a)，也阐明：

任何人士倘若不是马来西亚会计师公会的会员，是被禁止执业为会计师【比如：帮人做 bookkeeping，做账等等】。

25. Any person who―

(e) personates a member of the Institute or buys, sells or
fraudulently obtains a certificate of membership issued
under this Act,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
