4. Labour complaint is the sense of dissatisfaction voiced by employees against employers regarding their employment issue or employment contract.

5. In fact, employers also can file a complaint against their employees for:

👉 Salary in lieu of notice of the employee where the contract of service is terminated without notice, or if the notice is given, without waiting for the notice to be completed.

6. The statistics for 2018 show that, in Peninsular,

👉 A total of 3,131 complaints filed by employers with the Department of Labor due to Employees who left without Notice, or did not serve the full Notice Period

👉 4,115 complaints filed with the Department of Labor by employees who were terminated by employers who did not follow the Notice Period
