A Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) is a premise licensed under Section 65A of the Customs Act 1967 and is directly controlled by the Royal Malaysian Customs, by way of documentation and subject to all Customs rules and
regulations.

在 SST 2.0 时代，2018年销售税法令第55条文阐明，马来西亚不包括指定地区 (Designated Areas) 以及 特定地区 (Special Areas) 。

特定地区 (Special Areas) 包括：

1。LMW;
2。LW；
3。JDA；
4。Free Zone

有鉴于此，在销售税事务处理上，LMW 如今已经不在属于马来西亚了。

LMW 内所生产出来的物品，不需要征收销售税。

那么，物品从 LMW 搬（送）到其他地方呢？又或者是物品从其他地方搬（送）进 LMW呢？

假设你的公司是 LMW，你可以轻易的将物品搬进搬出，但是可别忘了作出适当的申报。

p/s - 从 PCA 去 LWM，customs 最新的update 是说，只需要 Invoice 及 DO 就可以了。

但是，Sales Tax (Person Exempted From Payment Of Tax) Order 2018 item 56 却阐明，export 是豁免 Sales Tax，但是需要 K2。
