1. 早上收到一位 #遭受员工举报减薪 #的学员的报喜2. 这位学员上了我的《A - Z 裁员减薪实战与案例》后，明白了：

👉 减薪 [Pay Cut] 跟无薪假 [Unpaid Leave] 的区别；

👉 减薪 [Pay Cut] 跟无薪假 [Unpaid Leave] 在 Payslip 上的呈现是不一样的

3. 由于从6月1日至7月31日这段时间都无法营业，但是明白到员工的苦，员工也要吃饭，这位学员只是象征式的给全体员工一个薪水，介于 RM 800 - RM 2,500

4. 但是随后有员工去劳工部 [JTK] 举报，说遭受老板无理减薪

5. 刚开始，这位学员在沟通时，让劳工部误以为他们在减薪，因为 Potong Gaji 一词与 cuti tanpa gaji 是有差别的

6. 交涉后，劳工部捎来好消息，劳工部说他会帮忙解释给报案的员工听，同时Case Closed。
